Our fully polished optical glass domes are manufactured from K9 (equivalent to BK7) or fused silica substrates. Through comprehensive optical polishing processes—covering the main surface, edges, and periphery—these products achieve excellent optical transmission, superior surface figure accuracy, and high surface quality, ensuring clear imaging across a wide field of view.

1. Targeted polishing capabilities: We can polish specific areas—such as edges, flange surfaces, stepped surfaces, flat bases, and chamfers—and produce transparent edges.
2. Material options: We offer K9 (equivalent to BK7), which provides high visible-light transmission, and fused silica, which covers a broader spectral range extending from ultraviolet to near-infrared.
