- It offers dual reflection bands: >95% reflectance in the 525–565 nm and 669–687 nm ranges, enabling efficient detection of green signals such as FITC/GFP and deep red signals like Cy5/chlorophyll-a.
- Dual transmission bands allow ≥93% transmission in the 590–640 nm and 720–800 nm ranges, suitable for transmitting NIR fluorescence signals such as RFP and Cy7.
- Optimized for systems using a 45° AOI, making it ideal for standard fluorescence microscopes, flow cytometers, imaging spectrometers, and optical sensing setups.
