1152nm Laser Line Filter FWHM 10nm is a high-precision narrowband filter designed specifically for HeNe lasers. The central wavelength is 1151+/-2nm, which perfectly matches the infrared spectrum of HeNe lasers and covers its main mode radiation range (1140–1160nm). The half-bandwidth is 10+/-2nm, and the half-bandwidth of 0nm provides high spectral resolution, which can separate the main peak of the laser from the spontaneous emission noise. Highly transparent in the range of 1147-1157nm, with a transmittance greater than 80%. Ensure efficient capture of HeNe laser weak signals. Cut-off bands are 200-1200nm@OD4 & 1200-1700nm@OD3. Effectively filter out the visible light spurious of HeNe lasers such as 632.8nm red light and infrared background noise.

  1. Methane (CH₄) and ammonia (NH₃) detection
    There is a weak absorption line of CH₄/NH₃ near 1152nm. The 1152/10nm filter extracts the HeNe laser signal. Combined with the tunable diode laser absorption spectroscopy technology, it can be used for natural gas pipeline leakage monitoring
  2. Raman spectroscopy
    The 1152/10nm filter can filter out the 632.8nm visible light of the HeNe laser, retain the 1152nm infrared excitation light, improve the signal-to-noise ratio of the Raman signal, realize single-cell-level lipid molecular imaging, and assist in early cancer diagnosis research
  3. Isotope analysis
    There is a slight shift (~0.1nm) in the absorption peaks of different isotope molecules near 1152nm, such as ¹³CO₂/¹²CO₂. The 1152/10nm narrowband filter can be combined with a high-resolution spectrometer to separate the isotope signal.
  4. Ophthalmology OCT
    1152nm light has lower scattering in the cornea and vitreous body, and has better penetration depth than the 1310nm band. The 1152/10nm filter can present the structure of each layer of the retina in high definition, and diagnose glaucoma and macular degeneration at an early stage
