760/23nm Narrow Bandpass Interference Filter Description
760/23nm Bandpass Light Interference Filter is a high-performance optical filter based on precision thin film interference technology. The high film adhesion and hard coating make the filter extremely durable.
- We use ion-assisted deposition technology to ensure the central wavelength of 760+/-1nm, FWHM 23+/-1nm, and strict consistency of the central wavelength and bandwidth.
- We achieve ultra-high transmittance >= 90% in the passband through the nano-scale stacking design of multi-layer dielectric films
- The cut-off depth OD>=6 in the range of 350-1000nm outside the passband effectively suppresses ambient light interference and laser background noise.
- We use fused quartz as the substrate. Fused quartz has the characteristics of low thermal expansion and wide spectral transmission, and is very suitable for precision optical systems such as biology and fluorescence

760/23nm Bandpass Light Interference Filter Applications
- TDLAS gas sensing
Oxygen molecules have a strong absorption peak near 760nm, which is the core detection wavelength of laser gas sensor TDLAS. The 760/23nm filter can be integrated into the receiving optical path of the gas sensor and paired with a 760nm tunable laser to screen the oxygen absorption signal and exclude interference from other gases. This can accurately extract the characteristic absorption spectrum of oxygen and suppress background noise - Agricultural precision irrigation
The moisture status of plant leaves can be reflected by the change of 760nm near-infrared reflectivity, and the moisture index can be calculated by combining with the 970nm band. The 760/23nm bandpass filter can be carried on the multi-spectral camera of the drone, and the 760nm reflection signal can be separated by the filter to generate a field moisture distribution map. Quantify the degree of crop water stress and guide precision irrigation decisions. - Biological analysis
Biogenic amines in spoiled meat have a characteristic fluorescence peak at 760nm, which can replace laboratory chromatographic detection. The 760/23nm narrowband filter can be embedded in a handheld fluorescence detector, and used with a UV LED light source to excite the sample, eliminating the interference of scattered light from fat and water, and accurately capturing corruption characteristic signals. The target signal is extracted through the filter. - Near-infrared imaging
760nm near-infrared light is invisible and has strong ability to penetrate smoke, making it suitable for reconnaissance at night or in harsh environments. The 760/23nm optical filter can be mounted on night vision devices or drone-mounted cameras, and used with 760nm laser lighting to filter out ambient stray light, improve image contrast and detail resolution, and identify hidden targets.
