650nm Bandpass Filter (FWHM 10nm) is a narrow bandpass optical filter designed for the red light band (645–655nm).
- The central wavelength is 650nm+/-2nm, and the half bandwidth is 10+/-2nm, ensuring super-selective transmission of the target red light.
- The transmittance is greater than or equal to 90% in the passband, retaining the effective light signal to the greatest extent and reducing the energy loss of the light source.
- The cut-off depth is OD4 in the range of 200-1200nm, and the cut-off range covers the ultraviolet to near-infrared bands to avoid multi-wavelength crosstalk.
- We use ion-assisted deposition (IAD) technology, hard film, and the film layer is wear-resistant and corrosion-resistant.

- Biomedicine
In flow cytometry or confocal microscopy, the emission light of red fluorescent markers such as Cy5 and Alexa Fluor 647 is concentrated near 650nm, but ambient light or excitation light leakage will interfere with signal acquisition. 650/10nm bandpass filter can accurately transmit 645–655nm fluorescence signals and completely shield 640nm excitation light and other background noise. - Machine vision
Food sorting machines need to use red light to identify surface defects such as brown spots on spoiled fruits, but ambient light such as white light in the workshop can cause misjudgment. 650/10nm red light filter only allows reflected light near 650nm to pass through, filtering out interference from other bands.
