UV-Vis Narrow Bandpass Filter Centered at 573nm Description
573/22nm narrow band optical filter Coligh manufactures is a high-precision optical filter based on multilayer thin film interference technology. It selectively transmits narrowband spectral signals with a central wavelength of 573nm and a bandwidth of 22nm, while efficiently suppressing other bands of ultraviolet, visible light and near-infrared stray light.
- Central wavelength 573+/-1nm, half bandwidth 22+/-1nm, meeting the needs of high-resolution spectral separation.
- The transmittance in the passband is greater than or equal to 90%, suitable for weak light detection scenarios
- Deep cutoff outside the passband, 350-1000nm cutoff depth OD>=6, significantly reducing background noise.
- We use ion-assisted coating and win coating technology to ensure the density, high adhesion and resistance to environmental erosion of the film layer.
- This filter uses low thermal expansion fused quartz as the substrate, and other materials such as B270 K9 are available. We only stock round, square cutting and rolling.

573/22nm Narrow Band Optical Filter Applications
- In vivo brain neuroimaging
The fluorescence emission peak of the genetically encoded calcium indicator is at 570-580nm, and the signal needs to be accurately separated to track neuronal activity. The 573/22nm bandpass filter can be integrated into the detection optical path of the two-photon microscope, and cooperates with the 920nm excitation light to filter tissue autofluorescence. - Wavelength locking of semiconductor lasers
The 573nm distributed feedback laser needs to filter out side mode noise to ensure the output spectral purity. The 573/22nm filter can be embedded in the laser resonator as a wavelength selective feedback element. Improve the accuracy of fiber optic communication and spectral analysis. - Fluorescent labeling of aflatoxin
The fluorescence marker of the aflatoxin immunochromatographic test strip has an emission peak at 573nm, and background interference needs to be eliminated. The 573/22nm optical filter can be carried on a portable fluorescence detector and cooperated with a UV LED light source to extract the target signal. - UAV hyperspectral agricultural monitoring
The 573nm band is sensitive to plant nitrogen content and can invert the nutritional status of crops. The 573/22nm filter can be integrated into the green light channel of a hyperspectral camera and combined with the NDVI index algorithm to generate a farmland nutrient distribution map.
