405nm Filter FWHM 12nm Narrow Bandpass Interference Filter Coligh manufactures is a high-performance optical filter based on precision thin film interference technology.

  • We use ion replication deposition technology, the film thickness control accuracy reaches ±0.2nm, ensuring that the central wavelength is controlled at 405+/-1nm, FWHM is controlled at 12+/-1nm, with strict batch consistency

405nm Filter 12nm Narrowband Applications

  1. Fluorescence microscope
    The excitation/emission spectra of fluorescent markers DAPI and Hoechst are concentrated in the 405nm laser in the ultraviolet-blue light band. The target fluorescence signal needs to be accurately separated to avoid background light interference. The 405/12nm filter can be integrated into the microscope optical path as an excitation filter or emission filter to match the spectral window of the light source and the detector. This allows only 405nm laser to pass through and efficiently excite fluorescent dyes. Or block the reflection/scattering noise of the excitation light and only transmit the fluorescence signal.
  2. Blue laser
    405nm lasers are usually used for optical storage and laser printing. It is necessary to suppress spontaneous radiation noise and stray wavelengths to ensure the output spectral purity. The 405/12nm filter can embed the filter into the laser resonator outlet or the back end of the optical path as a spectral line purifier. Filter out non-405nm wavelength components to compress the laser line width to within ±1nm.
  3. UV fluorescence counterfeiting
    Banknotes, certificates, etc. use invisible fluorescent markers excited by 405nm, which need to be stably identified in complex lighting environments. The 405/12nm narrowband filter can be integrated into the imaging module of a portable counterfeit detector, with a 405nm LED light source and a CMOS sensor.
  4. Raman spectrometer
