435.5nm Blue Dichroic Filter with Hard-Coated Optical Coating Description
435.5nm Blue Dichroic Filter Coligh manufactures is a spectroscopic device based on the principle of optical thin film interference. It is aimed at the precise spectroscopic needs of the blue light band 430-440nm, and selectively reflects or transmits light according to the wavelength.
- Cut on wavelength is 435.5+/-1nm, adapted to the mercury lamp spectrum Hg 435.8nm and blue laser 445nm.
- The reflectivity of the reflection band is greater than or equal to 98%, the transmittance of the transmission band is greater than 90%, and the light energy loss is extremely low.
- We use ion-assisted deposition hard coating, the filter is resistant to UV aging, and is suitable for industrial, medical and outdoor scenes.
- We use fused quartz as the base material of the dichroic mirror. Fused quartz has a base thermal expansion coefficient and strong resistance to thermal deformation. Even under high-power light sources or laser irradiation, it is not easy to cause optical performance drift due to thermal expansion. And it can withstand drastic temperature changes without cracking or degradation. In addition, compared with ordinary glass, fused quartz does not produce obvious fluorescence background under strong laser irradiation, which is particularly suitable for fluorescence microscopy and Raman spectroscopy systems.

435.5nm Blue Dichroic Filter Applications
- Laser beam combining system
Multi-laser system (435.5nm blue light + 635nm red light) needs to be split to avoid crosstalk, but the efficiency of traditional beam splitters is low. The 435.5nm blue dichroic mirror can be integrated into the laser beam combining module to reflect blue light to the target light path and transmit red light to another light path. Ensure that blue light and red light are transmitted independently to avoid energy loss. - Flow cytometer
Multi-fluorescent labeled cells need to separate the blue light excitation signal Pacific Blue and the green light emission signal, but signal crosstalk affects the sorting purity. The 435.5nm dichroic mirror can be placed in the detection module as a beam splitter, reflecting the 435.5nm excitation light to the cell flow and transmitting >450nm fluorescence to the detector. Separate the excitation light and the emission light to avoid cross interference. - Semiconductor detection
435.5nm blue light can penetrate silicon-based materials to detect surface defects, but infrared thermal radiation interferes with imaging. 435.5nm dichroic mirror can be integrated into the optical path of blue light imaging system, reflecting 435.5nm illumination light to the wafer and transmitting >450nm infrared light to the heat dissipation channel.
