473nm 15nm FWHM Bandpass Interference Filter Description
473/15nm Narrow Band Interference Filter Coligh manufactures is an optical filter based on the principle of multilayer thin film interference.
- We use a precisely designed dielectric film structure and alternately coat high refractive index (such as Ta₂O₅, TiO₂) and low refractive index (such as SiO₂, MgF₂) dielectric films to achieve the function of narrowband spectral selection.
- We use ion-assisted deposition coating technology, and the film layer has density, high adhesion and environmental stability
- The central wavelength is 473+/-1nmnm and the bandwidth is 15nm+/-1nm FWHM. The transmittance is greater than 90% in the passband transmission section, and the cutoff depth OD>=6 in the range of 350-1000nm outside the passband. It has a very real cutoff for the ultraviolet band, visible band and near-infrared band, which is suitable for fluorescence detection, laser systems, biological imaging, spectral analysis and other fields.

Calcium ion probes emit green fluorescence under 473nm excitation, which requires high-purity excitation light and precise fluorescence collection, but the spontaneous fluorescence of biological tissues at 400-500nm will cause background interference.
