970/60nm IR Interference Filter is an optical filter design optimized for near infrared spectrum.
- Central wavelength 970+/-2nm, strictly matching near infrared absorption/reflection characteristics
- Half bandwidth 40+/-5nm, high transmittance in the range of 950-990nm, adapting to light source wavelength drift or wide absorption peak scenes.
- The transmittance in the high transmittance area is greater than or equal to 90%, which can maximize signal utilization and reduce fill light power consumption
- Ultra-wide cutoff range and cutoff depth, the cutoff depth in the range of 200-1700nm is OD4, and the influence of ambient light can be completely eliminated in the range of ultraviolet to long-wave near infrared wavelengths.

970/60nm IR Interference Filter Applications
The 970/60nm filter has four core application scenarios:
- Agricultural drones
In crop health monitoring, traditional soil sampling damages crops, and sunlight interference causes low signal-to-noise ratio of near-infrared reflection signals. The 970/60nm bandpass filter can cut off OD4 outside the passband, accurately extract the 970nm water absorption peak, and the 60nm bandwidth covers the spectral differences of different crop varieties. - Blood oxygen monitoring
When existing equipment is interfered by ambient light and the low-power light source signal is weak, it cannot meet the needs of continuous monitoring of dynamic scenes. Using the 970/60nm filter, the hemoglobin tissue scattering signal can be integrated to reduce the complexity of the algorithm. - Automotive LiDAR
Near-infrared noise in sunlight drowns out laser echoes, and extreme temperatures cause laser wavelength drift. Using a 960/70nm filter, OD4 cuts off ambient light, and the 60nm bandwidth is compatible with the temperature drift of the laser to ensure signal stability. - Water quality analysis
In water quality analysis, traditional chemical testing is time-consuming and cannot monitor organic matter and turbidity in water in real time. The 970/60nm filter uses the absorption/scattering characteristics of 970nm light in water. The 60nm bandwidth covers the wide spectrum response of organic matter and suppresses the reflection interference of suspended matter.
