809/10nm Near Infared Narrow Bandpass Filter Description
809/10nm Near Infared Narrow Bandpass Filter is designed to transmit 809nm wavelength and reject other background wavelength ranges.
- Central wavelength 809+/-2nm, specially designed for 809nm wavelength, tolerance strictly controlled within ±2nm, can accurately capture the target band
- Half bandwidth 10+/-2nm, ultra-narrow passband, accurately matching near-infrared characteristic spectrum
- The transmittance in the passband is greater than or equal to 90%, which can maximize the transmission of target signals
- OD4 cutoff depth in the range of 200-1200nm, strongly suppresses visible light and long-wave infrared stray light, background noise
- We use interference medium hard film coating technology, the filter film has strong adhesion, corrosion resistance, moisture resistance, and UV aging resistance

809/10nm Near Infared Narrow Bandpass Filter Applications
- Biomedical imaging
Biological tissues have high penetration in the near-infrared band, and the excitation/emission spectra of some fluorescent markers are concentrated in 800-810 nm. It is necessary to accurately extract the signal in this band to avoid interference from other stray light. The 809/10nm optical filter only allows 809±5 nm light to pass through, shielding other wavelengths to improve the signal-to-noise ratio of the target signal. - Spectral analysis
Many substances such as water, protein, and gas have characteristic absorption peaks in the near-infrared band, but the spectra of different components in complex samples are prone to overlap, requiring high-precision spectrometry. After using the 809/10nm filter, select a specific absorption peak near 809 nm to exclude scattered light of other wavelengths - Machine vision
In industrial scenes, ambient light interference is serious, and material defects or composition differences may appear in specific near-infrared bands. The 809/10nm bandpass filter only transmits 809 nm light, suppresses ambient light interference, improves detection accuracy and stability, and reduces scrap rate caused by misjudgment. - Optical communication
There is stray light noise in laser and optical communication systems, such as pump light leakage and ambient light interference, which requires the isolation of target wavelength signals. The 809/10nm filter can filter out non-signal wavelengths and protect the detector.
