905nm Laser Bandpass Filter 40nm FWHM Description
905nm Laser Filter 40nm FWHM is specially optimized for the typical output of GaAlAs lasers in the near-infrared long-wave band of 900-910nm. The central wavelength is 905+/-2nm, and the laser output wavelength is precisely controlled. The half-bandwidth is 40+/-4nm, and the passband covers 885nm to 925nm, which is compatible with the ±20nm wavelength drift of the laser due to temperature fluctuations or aging. The transmittance in the passband is greater than or equal to 80%, and the cutoff depth OD4 in the range of 200-1200nm outside the passband effectively filters out visible light below 800nm and infrared interference above 940nm, ensuring signal purity in complex light environments.

905nm Laser Bandpass Filter 40nm FWHM Applications
- LiDAR and autonomous driving
Car-mounted LiDAR and drone navigation rely on 905nm lasers to achieve long-distance detection, such as 100-200 meters, but sunlight, especially near-infrared band interference, will reduce the signal-to-noise ratio. 905nm Laser Bandpass Filter 40nm FWHM can filter out stray light other than 800-900nm, and improve the detection distance and point cloud quality in weak signal scenes such as rainy and foggy weather and noon. - Industrial sensing
Laser ranging and safety light curtains in industrial automation need to work in high temperature and dusty environments, and must be compatible with wavelength shifts caused by laser aging or vibration. This filter can filter out strong workshop light in non-laser bands to ensure measurement accuracy and extend service life. - Bio-imaging
Near-infrared light (905nm) is used for deep tissue imaging or photoacoustic detection, and ambient light interference must be eliminated and low-cost lasers must be adapted. This filter has high transmittance, reduces light energy loss, and enhances penetration, making it suitable for subcutaneous vascular imaging or tumor detection. - Material analysis
In near-infrared spectroscopy research, such as material composition analysis, it is necessary to extract weak signals from complex backgrounds, and high-power pulsed lasers are often used. This filter covers the 885-925nm range and is suitable for a variety of experimental light source requirements.
