615/45nm 735/55nm Dual Bandpass Filter Description
615/45nm 735/55nm Dual Bandpass Filter adopts dual passband design, which can achieve high transmittance at 615nm and 735nm.
- This filter forms high transmittance at 590-637nm and 709-766nm, with a transmittance of >90%. At the same time, other wavelengths outside the passband, such as ultraviolet, visible and near-infrared, will be strongly suppressed.
- We use the reflection technology of multi-layer dielectric film, and through precise film thickness control, we can form a dual-pass response with two independent bandpass filters.
- The cut-off depth in the non-passband area reaches above OD6, which can strongly suppress background noise.
- This dual-pass filter can match a variety of fluorescent dyes, such as 635/45nm passband can detect Alexa Fluor 610, mCherry, TRITC and other fluorophores, 735/55 nm can detect Alexa Fluor 700, Cy5.5 and other infrared fluorescent dyes, helping researchers to achieve efficient and accurate data

615/45nm 735/55nm Dual Bandpass Filter Applications
615/45nm 735/55nm Dual Bandpass Filter has important applications in scenarios that require multi-band detection.
Fluorescence multicolor imaging
In biological research, it is often used for immunofluorescence staining and in vivo imaging, such as labeling Cy3 dye with an emission peak of 615nm and Cy7 dye at 735nm, and simultaneously labeling two surface antigens of tumor cells. Dual-pass filters allow them to perform high-speed dynamic imaging without switching filters
Flow cytometry
In flow cytometry, dual-pass filters can simultaneously separate two fluorescent signals, such as separating PE-Cy5 and APC-Cy signals, and distinguishing tumor cells from normal cells
Raman spectroscopy 615/45nm 735/55nm Dual Bandpass Filter can be used to identify chemical components in Raman spectroscopy, such as detecting active drug ingredients (near 615nm) and excipient characteristic peaks (near 735nm).
Astronomical Observation 615/45nm 735/55nm Dual Bandpass Filter can be used to capture Hα line O III, and can also infer the composition of planetary atmospheres (such as water vapor, methane) through the difference in dual-band transmission spectra.
